Refund and Replacement Policy

At Muonix Electrosystems LLP, we are committed to providing high-quality electronic solutions. To maintain our quality standards and operational efficiency, we adhere to the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. No Refund Policy
Goods once purchased and sold will not be taken back or refunded under any circumstances. We encourage our customers to review their specifications and requirements thoroughly before finalizing an order.

2. Replacement for Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products. While we do not offer refunds, we provide replacements exclusively in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility: A replacement request is only valid if the product is found to have a functional or structural defect originating from the manufacturing process.

Reporting Period: Any defect must be reported to our support team within 3 days of delivery.

Inspection: All items returned for replacement are subject to a technical inspection by our quality control team. The replacement will be processed only if the defect is verified as a manufacturing fault.

3. Exclusions
The replacement policy does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or electrical surges.

  • Products that show signs of tampering or unauthorized repair.

  • Physical damage incurred after the delivery is accepted.

  • Normal wear and tear.

4. Process for Replacement
To initiate a replacement claim, please contact us at support [at] muonix [dot] in with your invoice number and clear evidence (photos or videos) of the defect. Once approved, the defective unit must be returned in its original packaging.
