Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Muonix Electrosystems LLP, we aim to deliver our high-performance electronic products and systems in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if your order requires custom engineering/assembly, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or phone in such cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided in your proforma invoice.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics partner issues or remote location constraints.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Muonix Electrosystems LLP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages During Transit

  • We take great care in packaging our electronic components to prevent damage.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Please report any transit damage to our support team within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can assist you in the claims process with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided at the time of purchase was incorrect. Re-shipping fees for returned packages will be borne by the customer.
