Hardware Wiring & Pin Layout
The module features a highly organized layout with control logic headers grouped on one end and high-voltage screw terminals running along the edges:
1. Logic Control Input (Header Pins):
VCC: Connects to the +5V DC supply rail from your microcontroller logic.
GND: System ground reference pin.
IN1 to IN16: Digital input trigger pins. Pulling these lines LOW (or HIGH depending on the specific firmware variant configuration) activates the respective relay channel.
VCC / JD-VCC Terminal: Remove the jumper cap to supply independent 5V power to the relay coils via JD-VCC, providing absolute electrical isolation between your control logic and the mechanical relay coils.
2. High-Voltage Load Output (3-Way Screw Terminals):
