4-Channel Relay Module – 5V DC 10A (Wireless & Automation Ready)
Take absolute control over high-voltage electrical appliances with the 4-Channel 5V 10A Relay Module. Precision-engineered by Muonix, this industrial-grade module acts as a heavy-duty power switchboard to bridge low-power microcontrollers safely with high-current mains appliances.
Featuring four independently controlled isolation channels, this board allows your 5V microcontrollers to safely toggle up to four separate high-power electrical loads—such as lights, fans, pumps, motors, solenoids, and heaters—up to 240V AC or 30V DC. It provides an ultra-reliable, clean, and durable control grid for your next automation project.
Key Features
Quad-Channel Multi-Tasking: Control up to 4 separate electrical loads completely independently from a single microcontroller board using minimal digital I/O lines.
Complete Optocoupler Isolation: Equipped with onboard high-speed optocouplers that create a physical light barrier between the control logic and high-voltage rails, protecting your Arduino, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi from inductive kickbacks and voltage surges.
Flexible Trigger Logic: Designed with an adjustable jumper setting that allows you to easily switch between High-Level Trigger or Low-Level Trigger logic to perfectly match your software architecture.
Robust Power Tracing: Engineered with thick, widened copper PCB traces to safely handle continuous current loads without overheating.
Onboard Status Indicators: Features independent, bright SMD LEDs for each of the 4 channels, providing instant visual feedback on which relays are actively closed.

Hardware Wiring & Pin Layout
The module is split into a low-voltage control header on one side and high-voltage screw terminals on the other:
1. Logic Control Input (Header Pins):
VCC: Connects to the +5V DC supply rail from your microcontroller.
GND: System ground reference pin.
IN1, IN2, IN3, IN4: Digital input trigger pins. Pulling these lines HIGH or LOW (depending on your jumper setting) activates the respective relay.
2. High-Voltage Load Output (3-Way Screw Terminals):
Each of the 4 channels features a dedicated terminal block containing:
NO (Normally Open): The circuit stays disconnected/open until the input trigger pin commands the relay to close.
NC (Normally Closed): The circuit stays connected/closed by default until the relay is triggered to open.
COM (Common Terminal): The central power wire from your load hooks up here.
Common Applications
Smart Home Automation: Create custom switchboards to automate ceiling fans, household light fixtures, TV setups, and geysers via home assistants.
Industrial PLC Interfacing: Act as an intermediate sub-relay board to allow low-power logic sensors to toggle heavy pneumatic valves or factory sirens.
Agricultural Automation: Automate water pump schedules, greenhouse ventilation systems, and livestock feeding mechanisms using microcontrollers.
Safety Warning: Working with high-voltage 220V–240V AC mains lines carries an inherent risk of electrical shock. Always ensure your main power breakers are completely turned off before cutting, stripping, or securing wires to the screw terminals.
