RF Controlled 4-Channel Relay Module (Wireless Smart Switching)
Cut the wires and take absolute control over your electrical systems from a distance with the RF Controlled 4-Channel Relay Module. Precision-engineered by Muonix, this wireless switching solution pairs a heavy-duty 4-channel relay board with a high-performance Radio Frequency (RF) receiver module.
Designed to operate seamlessly through walls and doors without requiring line-of-sight, this module lets you remotely toggle up to four independent electrical appliances—such as garage doors, security gates, household lights, water pumps, or automated machinery panels. Manufactured under strict lead-free guidelines, it delivers a completely standalone, secure, and industrial-grade wireless control grid right out of the box.
Key Features
Long-Range RF Connectivity: Operates on the highly stable and standard radio frequency spectrum (typically 315MHz or 433MHz), allowing secure wireless signaling through walls, floors, and barriers up to 50–100 meters in open spaces.
4 Independent Switching Channels: Control four separate AC or DC electrical loads completely independently from a single handheld RF remote transmitter.
3 Adaptable Working Modes: Easily configure the receiver board to function in Inching/Momentary (turns on while pressing button), Self-Locking/Toggle (press once to turn on, press again to turn off), or Interlocking/Latched (one button turns a channel on, another button turns it off) modes.
Simple Wireless Pairing: Features an onboard learning button that allows you to easily pair or clear remote controllers in seconds without complex programming.
Complete Hardware Isolation: Built with independent relay coils that physically isolate the low-voltage RF control signals from high-voltage main lines, protecting your wireless circuits from inductive feedback and surges.

Lead-Free & Soldering Safety
100% Lead-Free PCB: The base circuit board is constructed from eco-friendly, lead-free materials, aligning fully with global industrial safety and environmental practices.
Factory Pre-Soldered Components: All heavy-duty terminal blocks, RF sub-modules, and power traces are mounted using high-grade, lead-free solder wire to ensure optimal electrical conductivity.
Enhanced Thermal Strength: The premium lead-free solder joints offer superior resistance against crystallization and structural drying, even when cycling heavy 10A electrical loads over extended periods.
🛡️ Compliance Note: Fully RoHS Compliant & Lead-Free architecture. This ensures a clean, non-toxic hardware profiling that is completely safe for educational engineering workshops, smart home enclosures, and commercial automation control panels.
Hardware Configuration & Working Modes
You can customize how the relays react to your remote buttons by adjusting the onboard header pins/jumpers:
Momentary (Jog): Press and hold the remote button to turn a channel ON; release the button to turn it OFF.
Toggle (Self-Locking): Press the remote button once to turn a channel ON; press the same button again to turn it OFF.
Latched (Interlocking): Press Button A to turn Channel 1 ON (all other channels drop OFF); press Button B to turn Channel 2 ON, and so forth.
Load Output Mapping (3-Way Screw Terminals):
Each of the 4 channels features a dedicated terminal block containing:
NO (Normally Open): The circuit stays disconnected/open until an RF wireless command triggers the relay to close.
NC (Normally Closed): The circuit stays connected/closed by default until wireless RF logic triggers it to open.
COM (Common Terminal): The central main power wire from your load connects directly here.
Common Applications
Wireless Home Automation: Remotely operate ceiling fans, chandeliers, multi-tier outdoor lighting arrays, and landscape water fountains.
Security & Access Control: Wire directly to motorized sliding gates, automated garage shutters, rolling curtains, or electromagnetic door locks.
Industrial Wireless Control: Act as an intermediate remote receiver box to let operators trigger heavy machinery, sirens, or conveyor belts from a safe distance.
Safety Warning: Working with high-voltage 220V–240V AC mains lines carries an inherent risk of electrical shock. Always ensure your main power breakers are completely turned off before cutting, stripping, or securing wires to the screw terminal blocks.
